Novostar Apart Monte Carlo | Characteristics

The residence was built and became operational in 2012. All the apartments offered on our website are newly built units. They have not been lived in, have been recently renovated and are furnished. The residence is gated and guarded; there are CCTV cameras on the premises. Our residents are welcome to use parking spaces in the underground parking lot.

The residence is located both on the main tourist street and the coastline. This is a u-shaped building with a swimming pool in the inner yard that is adjacent to the fully-equipped beach.

Seasonal features of the operation of accommodation facilities and urban infrastructure in Tunisia

Beach bars, bars and restaurants with outdoor terraces, as well as outdoor swimming pools and water slides generally operate from June 15th till September 30th, since their effective functioning depends on weather conditions.

Sun chaise lounges and sun umbrellas at the beach are provided for an extra charge.

Sun chaise lounges by the pool of the residence are free of charge. Take into account that the pool area cannot accommodate all the guests of the residence at the same time. The reservation of sun chaise lounges for the day is not allowed, if a sun chaise lounge is not used, it can be occupied by another guest.
